* ** Maintain Our Properties:
** Complete maintenance requests and repairs involving general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance installation and repairs, groundskeeping, and other property-related needs. Responsibilities may also include trash and large-item removal, pool maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep, depending on the community.
* ** Deliver Exceptional Resident Service:
** Interact with residents professionally, respectfully, and courteously. Communicate clearly, treat every home with care, and remember that a positive resident experience is part of every service call. A smile is part of the uniform!
* ** Take Ownership of Property Care:
** Look beyond the immediate work order to identify additional maintenance needs, potential safety concerns, and opportunities to improve the property's condition. Take initiative, communicate observations, and help prevent small issues from becoming larger problems.
* ** Prioritize Safety and Quality:
** Follow established procedures, use tools and equipment responsibly, and complete work to a high standard. Recognize when a repair requires specialized expertise or a qualified professional, and communicate those needs promptly.
* ** Collaborate Across Teams:
** Work closely with property management and other maintenance team members to prioritize requests, coordinate repairs, and keep properties operating smoothly.
* ** Participate in On-Call Rotation:
** Take part in a periodically scheduled on-call rotation to help respond to urgent maintenance needs outside normal business hours. Provide timely, professional service when emergencies arise and follow established procedures for after-hours response.

* Experience in maintenance or a skilled trade, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or masonry.
* A valid driver's license.
* Digital literacy and the ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications to manage work orders and communicate with the team.
* Pride in completing high-quality work and maintaining professional standards.
* Enjoyment of hands-on work, troubleshooting, and mechanical problem-solving.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use sound judgment when diagnosing maintenance issues.
