Job Description:The licensed Social Worker will support the psychosocial needs of our clients in Fargo, ND.
EducationQualifications:
Provides social work services and discharge planning to patients and families in the healthcare setting to meet individual health and psychosocial needs in the promotion of wellness and cost-effective outcomes. This position also transitions patients to alternate levels of care and provides crisis intervention as needed.

- Current State Social Work Licensure
A bachelor degree in social work from an accredited social work program.

Compensation Range:$59,072.00 - $88,608.00
