First Link is seeking Daytime Helpline Specialists to support individuals by phone, text, or online chat, providing crisis de-escalation and referrals to local resources. You will lend a listening ear and engage with help-seekers across all First Link lines, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
The Day shift works from 8AM-4/4:30PM or 12PM-8/8:30PM, and includes a weekend day. Training is provided; full-time employment with competitive benefits.
