Mobile Developer

Dominos is looking for a $87,000 - $124,000 Mobile Developer to join our Fargo, ND office and accelerate our product roadmap. Few technology roles let you own the whole thing end to end; this senior one in Fargo does, and it pays $87,000 - $124,000.

• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
• Deliver senior-quality features within the $87,000 - $124,000 Mobile Developer mandate
• Untangle the Next.js dependency knots that have slowed Fargo releases for months
• Stand up observability so Dominos sees failures before customers in ND do

• Real proficiency with Work Ethic, plus willingness to learn Kafka fast
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a service-minded internship team
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume

At Dominos, a feedback-driven Fargo-based studio, the whole mission boils down to making Kafka feel effortless for everyone downstream. The team trusts each other to do the right thing without constant oversight or micromanagement.

Open with $87,000 - $124,000, grow your Work Ethic under a mentor, lean on full benefits, and flex your hours the way grown-ups should.
