Wire Cutter (Warehouse Sr Associate) - 2nd Shift

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday – Friday (shift differential incentive applicable)

$16.50/hr – $25.72/hr

• A complete range of warehouse operations: setting up parallel reels, measuring and cutting wire, installing pulling heads, labeling spools, inventory control, and moving material with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Accurately pulls material from location to fill orders, packs, labels, and places filled orders in the correct delivery location.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklift, picker, turret, etc.) – training and certification provided.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment: sweeps and mops floors, cleans shelves, and disposes of trash in appropriate bins.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Uses computer and/or RF gun to track status, availability, and location of product.
• Communicates inventory shortages or overages to the Branch Manager.
• Collaborates with fellow associates to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Loads delivery trucks as needed and handles warehouse calls when required.
• Assists in Receiving as workload permits.
• Performs skilled tasks such as operating wire measuring/cutting machine, inventory control (daily cycle counting, returns processing), and other duties as assigned.

• Previous wire cutting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced product and warehouse knowledge, typically acquired in two or more years of experience.
• Safety training in material handling and forklift operation.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
