Standup Reach Truck Operator
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 4:30p-1a Pay $22.50/hr Work site located in Fargo, ND
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, stack, retrieve, and transport products throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck in warehouse storage and distribution areas
- Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation
- Load, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Retrieve products from elevated rack locations and replenish inventory as needed
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain inventory accuracy
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities
- Rotate inventory according to warehouse procedures
- Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
- Minimum 6 months of Reach Truck operating experience required
- Ability to obtain and pass reach truck certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse scanning equipment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work at heights while operating a reach truck
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
