A Construction Project Manager will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
ManagementProviding day‑to‑day project management of crews, equipment, and subcontractors on a wide variety of work from private and commercial contracts to state and federal contracts. Maintaining daily project quantity records and monitoring job costs. Working with project owner/engineer to make field adjustments that save time and money. Maintaining project schedules, monitoring material needs and contract requirements. Completing project pay applications and invoices.
EstimatingMeeting with private and public customers to understand scope of work and design projects. Reviewing bid documents, completing quantity take‑offs and developing production rates. Assisting Area/Division Manager in completing estimates and submitting bids. Preparing and submitting all successful bid contract documents and ensuring paperwork is properly executed.
QualityCoordinating with management, production crews and quality control department to ensure we are providing our customers with the highest quality products and services every day.
SafetyWe prioritize the safety and wellness of our road construction processes by following the Company’s safety programs and policies, thus mitigating risk and improving overall productivity of the projects with safety at the forefront.
SupervisionThe Construction Project Manager is under direct supervision of the Area/Division Manager.

QualificationsA degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Technology or related field is preferred or equivalent experience. Utilize effective communication skills and be comfortable developing relationships with customers and team members. Successful candidates will be self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and enjoy the entire project process from bidding to turning the project over to the owner. Must have a desire to work outside in a fast‑paced environment.
