Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer. Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Design and plan equipment layout to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure safe and effective production methods.
• Maintain documentation of processes via process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Develop and review Heat and Mass Balances, Utility Consumption, Equipment, and Installation Specifications.
• Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes and troubleshoot related issues.

• Bachelor’s of Science degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  
  Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
