Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with outpatient clinics and physician practices across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Medical Assistants for clinic engagements when openings arise.

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CCMA, RMA, NCMA)
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty practice
• Comfortable with both front office (scheduling, intake, insurance) and back office (vitals, injections, EMR documentation)
• EMR experience:
  Epic, Athena, eClinical
  
  Works, Next Gen, or similar
• Open to full-time or part-time

• Real conversation about your goals before any placement.
• WOSB-certified.

MA engagements typically pay $15 - $22 per hour, varying by practice and experience.
