We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional candidate experience, supporting recruiters, business leaders, and new hires throughout the entire recruitment process. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing pre-employment activities, assisting with TA systems and software, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Location: Remote - Twin Cities, MN

This is a contracted role with an end date of November
2025.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate and manage pre-employment activities by effectively communicating with candidates, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary steps
  • Maintain regular communication between new hires and recruiters to ensure a streamlined process
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to provide a service-oriented experience to various stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with vendors in a professional and courteous manner, promptly addressing any process-related issues, procedures, or one-off challenges that may arise during the recruitment process
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, respecting company and candidate confidentiality and ensuring data security

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Workvisa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior HR or Recruiting experience
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and persistence to complete assign tasks
  • Experience working with customers – internal and external
  • Demonstrated experience managing pre-employment screens and maintaining related confidential data
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $23.65 - $36.59 in Minnesota. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
