Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of aProject Manager - Business Practices to join our growing Project Management team. As a Project Manager focused on business processes, you will play a key role in optimizing both our manufacturing and business processes which ultimately enhance operational performance. You will lead cross-functional teams in the identification, planning, and implementation of improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Your ability to sustain project results and foster a culture of continuous improvement will be critical to our success.

This role will be based out of either our Burnsville, MN or Faribault, MN facility.

• Lead initiatives that streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve performance across Trystar’s business
• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving business processes and operational efficiency.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring that milestones are achieved and results are sustained.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure project success and identify areas for further improvement.
