What You Will Do
  • Keep the Employee Retention Program (ERP) running smoothly by guiding new hires through onboarding and ensuring orientation training is completed accurately and on time.
  • Handle ERP issues, report to leadership as needed, and provide feedback to improve retention and attendance.
  • Facilitate ERP trainings and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new team members and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Monitor, implement, and complete orientation training on schedule.
  • Report ERP issues to leadership if the ERP is not functioning properly at the plant.
  • Provide input to help reduce turnover, increase retention, and improve attendance.
  • Facilitate ERP trainings using prepared resources and materials, including but not limited to weekly trainer meetings, weekly new hire meetings, new ERP trainer onboarding, and weekly leadership meetings.
  • Review attendance, turnover, and retention with the Site Manager and partner with the ERP Manager for best practices.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, using escalation when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Environment

As ERP Coordinator you must be actively present on the plant floor during sanitation processes to conduct safety inspections, monitor team member training, and ensure proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. You will work in a wet, hot or cold environment and may be exposed to chemicals (e.g., bleach) while wearing PPE. Shift may vary by location.

Requirements (Must Haves)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to train team members.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Previous plant experience in a role such as FSS or higher.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • External candidates should have experience in team member engagement or a similar role.
