Distro Assembler - Big Build

Faribault, MN (or Burnsville, MN or field locations)

$20.00/hr – $20.00/hr

• Understand job orders and interact with Epicor.
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and operate hand tools and power tools.
• Perform required quality control checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain required paperwork in Epicor (daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.).
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts produced.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Must read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English.

• High school diploma (technical secondary education preferred).
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience.
• Perform simple mathematics to comprehend process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching required.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test.
• Must adhere to all PPE requirements (eye, hand, feet, hearing protection).
