Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of Pre‑Assemblers for various Assembly lines and cells. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystar’s Pre‑Assembler position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider.

The Pre‑Assembler proficiently assembles various high quality portable and permanent power distribution components and cable assembles in a safe manner within a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

• Review and understand job orders and interact with Epicor, by properly badging in and out of active job orders on the production floor.
• Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to safely and properly operate the equipment and tools required to assemble the product.
• Must understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork related to Pre‑Assembly tasks.
• Maintain and safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Perform and document required quality control checks and inspections to assure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components and sub‑assemblies being produced.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.

• Ability to effectively use a tape‑measure, perform simple mathematics.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test.
• Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.
• Ability to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.
