The schedule for this position is 6:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday
- Thursday, some overtime may be required on Fridays. The starting pay rate is $20/hour.

Efficiently and safely moves materials and inventory within the manufacturing facility via stand up forklift.

Major areas of responsibility- Supports manufacturing production lines with parts as production dictates.
- Assists shipping and receiving departments in moving, locating or retrieving needed parts/supplies.
- Assists in picking parts if necessary
- Processes returns as restock items or vendor returns to stock.
- Assists Cycle Count Coordinator as workload dictates.
- Empties all garbage containers and appropriate refuse containers.
- Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems and related information necessary for effective management. Coordinates and communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
- Performs related work as apparent or assigned.

- High school education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous forklift experience.
- Personal computer experience --Ability to work accurately with numbers and details
- Demonstrated ability to handle varied projects
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively,
- Ability to complete projects with general instructions and within time constraints.
- Ability to consistently and efficiently perform assigned duties.
- Demonstrates Northern Tool + Equipment’s 12 Core Competencies.

- Frequently required to stand, sit, walk.
- Ability to speak and hear verbal instructions.

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, 50 pounds.
- Work at heights of up to 35 feet.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision and the ability to adjust focus.
