Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Grinder workers for Trystar, a power distribution equipment manufacturer in Faribault, MN. In this hands‑on manufacturing role, you’ll help finish prefabricated components to meet quality specifications while working safely in a high‑volume production environment. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy hands‑on work with tools and equipment, this could be a great fit.

• Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment
• Deburr, grind, buff, and polish materials to required specifications
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process instructions, and job orders
• Perform quality control checks and visually inspect finished parts
• Use and maintain hand tools needed to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment
• Complete production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, and other required documentation
• Enter and maintain production information in Epicor

• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machinery, and visually inspect finished parts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently and frequently stand, bend, and reach
• Ability to grind components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Basic computer and data entry skills;
  Epicor experience is helpful
• Ability to read, write, and understand plant instructions in English and perform basic math
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test and follow all required PPE guidelines
