Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Grinder Operator – 2nd Shift for Trystar in Faribault, MN. This is a temp role offering $20.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a 2nd shift Monday–Friday schedule.
You will set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment and grind, deburr, buff, and polish parts to meet specifications in a high‑volume environment. Candidates should have 2 years of manufacturing experience, be able to read instructions and SOPs, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform basic data
