Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium

Schedule:

2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Tru Vue, part of Apogee Enterprises, manufactures high performance glass and acrylic products used in museums, picture framing, displays, and other specialized applications. Our products help protect and showcase some of the world's most important artwork, photographs, and displays.

We're growing and looking for dependable Forklift Operators to join our team in Faribault! If you have forklift experience, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in keeping production moving, we'd love to hear from you.

• Operate a forklift safely to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production lines to keep operations running smoothly.
• Move, store, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Help load, unload, stage, and prepare materials and products for shipment.
• Track inventory movements using a computer or electronic inventory system.
• Check labels, packaging, and inventory information for accuracy.
• Keep work areas organized and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Work with teammates across departments to meet production and shipping needs.

• At least one year of forklift operating experience.
• A good driving record and commitment to safe equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information accurately.
• Attention to detail when handling materials, inventory, and paperwork.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new processes and help in other areas when needed.

Don't have experience with our inventory system? That's okay! We provide training on our processes and equipment requirements.

This position works in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, typical production noise, and changing temperatures. Following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment are essential.
