3rd shift | 10:00PM - 6:00AM | Monday–Friday Job Type: Temporary/Contract About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packaging Technicians for a food production company in Faribault, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain packaging equipment while helping ensure products meet important food safety and quality standards. What You'll Do as a Packaging Technician:

Operate packaging equipment including palletizers, depalletizes, labelers, tray formers, stretch wrappers, pallet labelers, and conveyors

Perform safety and quality checks, line observations, quality audits, and required production documentation

Identify and correct equipment issues to help maximize production efficiency and communicate maintenance needs

Complete basic preventative maintenance and corrective work orders as assigned

Clean and sanitize machines and work areas according to GMP, SQF, food safety, and quality standards

Complete production changeovers and communicate equipment, product, and quality information during shift transitions

Rotate between packaging positions and cross-train on equipment throughout the Business Unit What You Need to Bring to the Packaging Technician Role:

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 65 pounds consistently and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance

Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and climb stairs throughout the workday

Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, production schedules, and quality documentation in English Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, weights, and measurements

Ability to accurately complete production records, logs, and other required documentation

Ability to work overtime and weekends when required

Willingness to cross-train, work as part of a team, and follow food safety, quality, GMP, SQF, and company procedures #NEjobhunt
