We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide top-quality anesthetic care across multiple facilities. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience
• Proficient in general anesthesia and obstetric anesthesia, including VBAC/TOLAC
• Experience with epidural, TAP blocks, spinal, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Ability to work independently in an unsupervised setting at Faribault
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to float between facilities and accommodate rotating shift schedules
• Response to beeper call within 30 minutes; comfortable with supervised and unsupervised care models

Nice to Have Skills:

• Pediatric anesthesia experience
• ENT anesthesia procedures
• TEE certification (not mandatory but beneficial)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Current MN Board Certification or eligibility
• At least 1 year of recent anesthesia practice
• Experience supporting both elective and emergent cases, including C-sections and OB procedures

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts of 8 or 10 hours, Monday through Friday, with weekend and evening call
• Availability for ongoing contract; immediate start preferred
• Must hold valid licensure and certifications necessary to practice as a CRNA in Minnesota
• Willing to respond to beeper calls, including nights, weekends, and holidays; response time of 30 minutes
