• Provide outstanding in-store customer service by engaging with customers and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
• Educate customers on Faribault Mill products, materials, and the history of the Mill.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, check, and credit card payments.
• Support store sales goals and contribute to a positive, welcoming shopping environment.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking merchandise, merchandising displays, and keeping the sales floor organized.
• Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with store procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website support as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising to support an effective and engaging shopping experience.
• Participate in local community engagement efforts and events as appropriate.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal team members.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling a variety of customer service situations.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Basic proficiency with internet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• One (1) Full-time and one (1) part-time opportunity available.
• Availability required Monday through Sunday.
• Weekend availability required.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs and associate availability.
