C&S Vending in Faribault, MN is looking for a motivated and energetic Route Driver to join our team. As a Route Driver
, you will independently navigate your set route, ensuring vending machines and micro‑markets across the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota are stocked and serviced. You will play a key role in enhancing workplace break rooms by managing inventory, rotating products for freshness, providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and maintaining equipment while enjoying a flexible work schedule that keeps your afternoons and evenings open.

• Drive assigned route, restocking vending machines and micro‑markets on schedule
• Manage inventory levels and rotate products for freshness
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Maintain and troubleshoot vending equipment
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Perform routine inspections and inventory checks
• Keep accurate records and route logs
• Adhere to company safety standards and traffic laws
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area
• Work independently while representing the company positively

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience (route driving and box truck experience preferred)
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Clean criminal and good credit history
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing in and out of trucks, moving product up and downstairs)
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
