• Receives inbound or selects outbound stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse per product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments from trucks.
• Performs general cleaning to meet warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participates in scheduled inventory counts.
• Collaborates with peers, suppliers, and leadership through ongoing communication.
• Provides input to management on process improvements.
• Inspects product and consults on quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Acts and decides independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assists management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Performs all tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policy.
• Follows ergonomic program guidelines.
• Operates equipment safely in line with safety guidelines.
• Notifies management of product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.

• Required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 lbs on pallets often.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking.
• Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated/freezer environments.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
