Vending Route Driver

C&S Vending in Faribault, MN is looking for a motivated and energetic Vending
Route Driver to join our team. As a Route Driver
, you ll independently navigate your set route, ensuring vending machines and micro-markets across the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota are stocked and serviced. You ll play a key role in enhancing workplace breakrooms by managing inventory, rotating products for freshness, providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients and maintaining equipment-while also enjoying a flexible work schedule that keeps your afternoons and evenings open.

Each day starts bright and early-between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM-at our warehouse, where you ll pick up your pre-packed orders before starting your route. As a Route Driver
, you ll work independently to serve customers, restock products, manage inventory levels, rotate items for freshness, and handle cash. You ll regularly lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavier loads as you service your assigned route.

This full-time Route Driver role typically runs Monday through Friday, with 9 to 10-hour shifts ending between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. While each route is unique and varies by week, most Route Drivers can expect a 45–50 hour workweek with consistent early finishes.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $54,000 per year with a $5,000 hiring bonus and an increase at 1 year to $59,000 per year. • Minimum of 5 years driving experience (route driving and box truck experience preferred)
• Valid Class D driver s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Clean criminal and good credit history
• Physically capable of meeting job demands

You should also be ready for the physical nature of the job-this means frequent lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, grasping, climbing in and out of trucks, and moving product up and downstairs.

Vending Route Driver requires a clean driving background for the past 3 years (no DUIs or major violations) as you will be driving a company box route truck and have to meet the requirements of our commercial insurance company. Position requires a clean national, state, and county criminal history, as a route driver has access to customers locations. Must have the ability to pass a credit check, as a route driver handles cash.
