Traditional C&I and CRE – Quarterly Asset Quality Monitoring (AQM)
- Purpose:

Portfolio review for Traditional C&I and Investor CRE
Obtain scope list from PAD
Schedule and invite stakeholders
Confirm loan list changes with PAD
Collect memos from frontline
Follow-up meeting minutes, distribute, and archive
CIB – Quarterly Asset Quality Monitoring (AQM)
- Purpose:

Portfolio review for Corporate & Investment Banking and Middle Markets
Create package folders - CIB Quarterly Reports
Collect package from frontline (Head of Portfolio)
Minutes and follow-up
Management Loan Committee (MLC)
- Purpose:

Organize and coordinate MLC meetings
Scheduling - Placeholder meeting set to recure
Create agenda, prepare package and organize meeting
Minutes and follow-up
General Loan Policy and Loan Procedure Committee (GLPC)
- Purpose:

Organize and coordinate GLPC meetings
Placeholder meeting scheduled monthly
Send reminders on expired or expiring Policies and Procedures
Create agenda, prepare package and organize meeting
Minutes and follow-up
Director Loan Committee (DLC)
- Purpose:

Organize and coordinate DLC meetings
Placeholder meeting scheduled bi-weekly
Create agenda, prepare package and organize meeting.
Linda Chau document meeting minutes
Board of Directors (BOD)
- Purpose:

Prepare package for Board of Directors
Prepare BOD package with all items approved/reported from DLC
Administrative Task
Order Supplies: SCA
Monthly Clean Desk Compliance - Collect and submit department's clean desk (SCA, PAD, ENRM, SAD, CRAD, Appraisal) to One Trust.
Business Continuity - Annually support with coordinating to support continuity planning and readiness for Credit Admin (SCA dept)
Calendaring - Manage CCO scheduling

Shift Timing-9:30pm IST to 6:30am IST (8am PST to 5pm PST)
