Position Overview
Optus Housing is seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist with 2–3 years of experience in front office management or as a receptionist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal) and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and courier management.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage meeting room bookings and support office facilities.
Provide general support to staff and management when required.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi — both written and verbal.
Pleasant, presentable, and professional personality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a calm demeanor.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
