Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Management
Manage the reception/front office and ensure a professional, welcoming, and organised environment.
Act as the first point of contact for parents, prospective parents, students, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
Ensure that important communications and enquiries are appropriately directed to the concerned department/person.
2. Admissions & Parent Enquiries
Handle admissions enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, emails, website leads, referrals, and other channels.
Maintain regular and timely follow-up with prospective parents to support the admissions journey.
Schedule and coordinate campus visits, parent interactions, assessments, and admission meetings.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, visits, assessments, applications, and admissions.
Follow up with prospective families at different stages of the admissions funnel and maintain regular communication.
3. School Tours & Events
Coordinate and support campus tours for prospective families.
Ensure that prospective parents receive a consistent and engaging introduction to the school.
Coordinate with teachers and school leadership for interactions with prospective parents.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated admissions and enquiry databases.
Track leads and follow-ups and ensure timely closure of enquiries.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, visits, applications, assessments, admissions, and pending follow-ups.
Maintain appropriate records in the school’s admissions/CRM or other designated systems.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, Education, or related fields would be an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in front office, admissions, parent relations, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Experience in handling admissions enquiries and parent interactions will be preferred.
Candidates from premium schools, international schools, hospitality, customer experience, or education-related organisations may be considered.
