Role

Description:

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented CXO Community Executive / Account Manager to build, engage and manage a strong community of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, GCC leaders and other senior business decision-makers.
The role involves regular interaction with senior technology leaders, inviting them to curated CXO events, round tables, conferences and one-to-one meetings, understanding their interests, and maintaining long-term relationships.
The candidate will also work closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Event teams to deliver high-quality CXO engagement for technology brands and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CXO Community Building
Identify and build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, IT Heads, and GCC Heads.
Develop and continuously update the CXO database/community.
Engage CXOs through calls, Whats App, email, Linked In and other professional channels.
Understand CXO profiles, technology priorities, interests and areas of expertise.
Maintain accurate records of CXO interactions and engagement.

2. Event & Roundtable Engagement
Invite relevant CXOs to conferences, executive round tables, webinars, leadership forums and networking events.
Achieve defined targets for CXO registrations, confirmations and physical attendance.
Follow up with CXOs before events and ensure participation.
Coordinate with the event team for guest requirements, agendas and special CXO interactions.
Build relationships that encourage repeat participation in future events.

3. CXO Relationship Management
Act as the primary relationship point for assigned CXO accounts/community members.
Develop strong professional relationships with senior technology executives.
Regularly communicate relevant industry events, insights and networking opportunities.
Identify CXOs suitable for keynote sessions, panels, fireside chats and round tables.
Maintain post-event relationships and gather feedback.

4. Account Management
Understand the objectives of technology clients/sponsors.
Map their target accounts and CXO personas.
Work with internal teams to identify relevant CXOs for client engagement.
Facilitate introductions and meetings between technology companies and relevant decision-makers.
Track engagement, meetings and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports for clients and management.

5. Research & CXO Mapping
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
Map technology leadership across enterprises, GCCs, BFSI, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, retail and other sectors.
