About Grid Zero
Grid Zero is building a trust-first solar brand where real installations and authentic customer stories drive adoption. We rely on real-world proof — rooftop installs, customer stories, and founder-led content — to build credibility and scale demand.
We're looking for a full-time  In-House Video Shooter  who can identify viral content opportunities and capture compelling on-ground footage.
This role is focused on  shooting and ideation , not editing or graphic design.

Key Responsibilitieis
On-Ground Video Shooting:
Capture rooftop installations, customer interactions, founder content, and real-life solar stories across locations.
Viral Content Ideation:
Identify trending formats, hooks, and real-world moments that can become high-performing reels.
Content Discovery:
Actively look for stories on-site — customer reactions, install transformations, before/after moments.
Fast Execution:
Quickly shoot raw content that can be turned into reels, ads, and social videos by the editing team.
Creator Mindset:
Think like a short-form creator — framing, hooks, relatability, and authenticity matter more than cinematic perfection.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

2–5 years shooting reels, You Tube, or creator-style content (agency, creator ecosystem, or startup preferred).
Strong Shooting

Skills:

Comfortable shooting on iPhone and/or mirrorless cameras in real-world environments.
Content Instincts:
Ability to spot viral moments and think in hooks, trends, and storytelling angles.
On-Ground Agility:
Willingness to travel to rooftops, homes, and sites to capture real installs.
Bonus:
Experience working with founders or shooting documentary-style content.

Not a graphic design role
Not a studio-only role
This is a hands-on, field-first content role.
