Role Description
The Study Abroad Lead Qualification Intern will focus on evaluating and nurturing prospective leads while providing necessary support during the admissions process. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in lead validation, gathering and analyzing student requirements, coordinating with counselors, and maintaining accurate records in the database. This full-time role is on-site and based in Faridabad, requiring candidates to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and an excellent experience for prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on clarity and customer-oriented service.
- Ability to perform thorough research, analyze data, and effectively manage student profiles and records.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant platforms is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a passion for education consultancy and supporting student growth.
- Must be a current student or recent graduate in relevant fields such as Business, Education, International Relations, or similar areas.
Location
- Work From Office (6 Days a Week) based out of Faridabad.
