As a Study Abroad Advisor, you will guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Student Journey :
Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success.
Expert Guidance: Build a deep understanding of universities, programs, admissions processes, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.
Single Point of Contact: Build a strong rapport with students as their dedicated advisor for all admission-related guidance.
Application Tracking: Support students with their university applications, regularly tracking their progress and resolving queries.
Enrollment Support: Facilitate smooth enrollment in the chosen course, assisting with deposits and visa applications within deadlines.
Sales Execution: Achieve targets for applications, admissions and acceptances in line with company targets.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in overseas education consulting.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a student-centric mindset.
Strong knowledge of destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.
Completed Bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology or related field.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
Strong multitasking and capability of working under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
