Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Principal role based in Gurugram. The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education aligned with the school’s values and curriculum. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to the academic and administrative teams, implementing effective teaching strategies, fostering a positive school culture, managing faculty development programs, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment for children.

The Principal will also collaborate with parents, staff, and community members to promote the institution's mission and drive continuous improvement in all areas.

Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor staff effectively
Expertise in curriculum design, child development, and early childhood education
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with parents, teachers, and students
Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations of the institution
Proficiency in the integration of modern teaching methodologies with traditional values
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in early childhood education
