Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In
Manage and scale high-budget campaigns (1–3 Cr+/month) with strong focus on CAC & ROAS.
Execute and refine full-funnel strategies (acquisition → conversion).
Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with copy, design, and video teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion journeys.
Track, analyze, and present performance insights with clear action plans
Competencies:
Strong ownership with an outcome-driven approach.
Ability to balance execution with strategic planning.
Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Who Should Apply:
8+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
Proven experience managing large-scale paid campaigns and budgets (1-3 Crores+ per month)
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads (Certification is a plus).
Experience in EdTech / D2C / high-growth startups preferred.
MBA from Tier-2 institutes (preferred).
