We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Internal Audit team. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to internal audit processes, risk assessment, internal controls, compliance reviews, and business process evaluations across various functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting internal audits across business functions and processes.
Support the planning, execution, and documentation of audit assignments.
Perform testing of internal controls and identify process gaps and control weaknesses.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential risks.
Prepare audit work papers, reports, and presentations for management review.
Track audit observations and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
Assist in risk assessments and development of risk-based audit plans.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Support special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as required.
Eligibility Criteria
CA Intermediate/IPCC qualified candidate pursuing Articleship and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
Strong understanding of accounting, auditing principles, and internal controls.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Good analytical , communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
