About GoIRL
GoIRL (Go In Real Life) is first of it's kind Matchmaking & Social Networking platform designed to move people from online discovery to real-life connections at certified listed venues and curated experiences.
We are building a new category at the intersection of social tech, hospitality, and experiences, where safety, authenticity, and IRL interactions are the core. We are currently in our pre-launch & beta phase, preparing for launch in NCR followed by multi-city roll out.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will be a core stakeholder in building GoIRL from the ground up. This is not a conventional CMO role — you will be a strategic partner, growth architect, brand custodian, and team leader. The role requires capital participation, deep startup experience, and the hunger to build a category-defining brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Define the brand & growth roadmap for GoIRL across cities
- Own user acquisition, activation, retention & monetisation growth funnels
- Drive performance marketing, community growth & referral loops
- Track and optimise CAC, LTV, ROAS, and city-level growth metrics
2 . Brand, Positioning & Storytelling
- Build GoIRL as a trusted lifestyle & social brand
- Own brand voice, messaging, tone & public perception
- Create emotional storytelling across digital, offline & experiential touchpoints
3 . Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing
- Lead social media, content, digital ads, creator & influencer ecosystems
- Design viral, UGC-driven, and community-first campaigns
- Own growth across Instagram, You Tube, Linked In & performance channels
4 . PR, Partnerships & Visibility
- Lead PR strategy, press, media, podcast & brand collaborations
- Build partnerships with lifestyle, hospitality, student, co-living & corporate brands
- Represent GoIRL publicly alongside the founding team
5 . Tean building & Leadership
- Build & lead the marketing, content, performance, and growth teams
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performance culture
- Create SOPs, dashboards, OKRs & execution workflows
6 . Founder Level Ownership
- Work closely with the CEO, COO & CTO on product, growth & market strategy
- Contribute to fundraising, investor storytelling & brand credibility
- Bring capital participation as part of long-term alignment
What are we looking for?
- 10+ years in consumer tech, D2C, lifestyle or platform startups
- Proven track record of scaling early-stage brands
- Strong command over digital growth, influencer ecosystems, PR & brand building
- High ownership, execution mindset & leadership capability
- Passion for community, culture, and experiential platforms
