Roles & Responsibilities
Own one or more product modules end-to-end from discovery to launch.
Work closely with founders and leadership to convert business goals into product roadmap items.
Understand customer problems through user calls, sales feedback, CS feedback, support tickets, product data, and market research.
Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product flows, wireframes, and release notes.
Work with design teams to create simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, development, QA, and release.
Prioritize features, bugs, improvements, and tech dependencies based on business impact, customer impact, and effort.
Own product delivery timelines and ensure features move from idea to production without unnecessary delays.
Track product metrics such as activation, adoption, retention, funnel conversion, usage, revenue impact, and support reduction.
Analyze product data to identify gaps, drop-offs, user behavior patterns, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct competitor research and market research to identify product opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, marketing, and partnerships teams for product launches and adoption.
Create internal product documentation, help docs, FAQs, training material, and enablement notes.
Test features deeply before release and ensure product quality, edge cases, and user experience are handled properly.
Continuously improve existing product flows such as onboarding, campaign creation, automation, analytics, integrations, billing, and customer engagement journeys.
Understand how Indian SMBs, growing brands, and partners use Whats App for marketing, sales, support, and automation.
Take ownership of post-launch impact and iterate based on adoption, feedback, and business results.

Requirements

4+ years of total experience, with at least  2+ years as a Product Manager  in a software product company.
Must have independently owned product features or modules from requirement gathering to launch.
Strong experience in writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product flows, release notes, and product documentation.
Experience working closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, customer success, and support teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS products, dashboards, workflows, automation, integrations, and customer journeys.

Good analytical ability with experience tracking product metrics, funnels, adoption, retention, and feature impact.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Linear, Shortcut, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, GA4, or similar tools.
Basic technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, integrations, system flows, and platform architecture.
Ability to break ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and execution plans.
Strong customer empathy and ability to understand real user pain points, especially for SMBs.
High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS, Mar Tech, CRM, customer engagement, ecommerce, fintech, automation, or SMB-focused products is preferred.
Exposure to Whats App Business API, marketing automation, chatbots, campaign management, customer engagement platforms, or partner platforms will be a strong plus.
