Technical Lead, IT​/Tech, Systems Engineer

Full-time role
Technical Lead will drive the architecture, design, and technical roadmap for Industrial Wireless
Gateway products and connectivity solutions. This role requires deep expertise in wireless, networking,
and embedded systems, along with the ability to lead multiple teams, influence product direction, and
solve complex customer challenges in industrial environments.
Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end architecture for industrial wireless gateway products
Translate business requirements into scalable and future-ready technical solutions
Lead design decisions across wireless, networking, security, and industrial protocol domains
Oversee multiple modules/teams and ensure alignment with overall product architecture
Drive technology selection, design standards, and best practices across teams
Provide solutions for complex customer deployments and critical escalations
Collaborate with product management and customers to define product roadmap
Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability
Drive cross-functional coordination between firmware, networking, and application teams
Mentor Technical Leads and engineers, building strong technical capabilities across teams
Lead PoCs, feasibility studies, and innovation initiatives
Review architecture, design documents, and critical code components
Identify risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies
Ensure continuous improvement in development processes and product quality
Requirements & Skills
Strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming
Deep experience in Linux internals and embedded systems
Extensive experience in wireless technologies (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
Strong understanding of industrial wireless gateway products' architecture
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewall, NAT)

Experience with Hostapd, WPA Supplicant, RADIUS, AAA, Rad Sec
Strong knowledge of network security (WPA2/WPA3, TLS, PKI, certificates)
