Desktop Support Engineer

We at Coforge are seeking a “Desktop support Engineer to Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Handle and resolve tickets via ticketing tools (SLA driven)
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and network issues
Manage meeting rooms (VC setup, projectors, AV support)
User account management (Active Directory, password reset, access)
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations
Requirements:
1.5+ years of experience in corporate IT/Desktop Support
Strong communication skills
Experience in ticket handling and technical support
Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
Hands-on experience in meeting room/AV support
Preferred:
ITIL knowledge
Experience with tools like Service Now/Remedy
