Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, nykaa, myntra and Quick Commerce platforms Instamart, blinkit & Zomato.
Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords (SEO-optimized)
Monitor listing health, resolve suppressed/inactive listings, and maintain Buy Box performance
Shipment & Order Fulfillment
Manage end-to-end FBA operations order processing, packaging coordination, and dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and returns management
Track and resolve shipment exceptions and delivery issues
Purchase Order (PO) Management
Raise and track Purchase Orders for FBA/Quick Commerce replenishments
Coordinate with the supply chain/vendor team to ensure adequate inventory levels
Monitor stock-out risks and plan replenishment proactively
A+ Content & Brand Store
Create and upload A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) on Amazon
Deals, Coupons & Promotions
Execute Lightning Deals, Best Deals, Coupons, and Combo Offers on Amazon & Flipkart
Monitor competitor pricing and suggest promotional strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, returns, inventory and PO tracker.
Use Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Quick Commerce dashboards.
