Job Description
Fastor7 is looking for an experienced  UI/UX Designer  who has worked with  good brands and deep-technology products  and understands how to translate complex systems into  simple, intuitive, and premium user experiences .
This role requires strong ownership of  end-to-end product design —from user research and flows to design systems, micro-interactions, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to design experiences that are not only visually world-class but also  usable, scalable, and business-aligned .

Desired Skills   3+ years of professional experience in  UI/UX or Product Design

Strong experience designing  technology products, SaaS platforms, or complex applications

Proven expertise in:

End-to-end  user flows, journeys, and information architecture

Creating and maintaining  design systems & component libraries

Designing  high-fidelity UI  with a premium, polished look

Micro-interactions, transitions, and motion for better usability

Responsive design for  web, tablet, and mobile

Hands-on experience with tools like  Figma  (mandatory), Fig Jam, Adobe Suite, or similar

Ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand  technical constraints

Strong understanding of  UX principles, accessibility, and usability best practices

Experience validating designs using  user feedback, testing, and iteration

Attention to detail with a strong sense of  typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy

Who Can Apply   UI/UX Designers with  minimum 3 years of experience  working on real products
