Mandatory

Skills:

• Must have hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud (Discrete Manufacturing).

• Strong experience in Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

• End-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience from requirement gathering through Go-Live and       Hypercare.

• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementation projects.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Strong project planning, risk management, resource management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including customer workshops and live demos of Oracle SCM Cloud and     Oracle Manufacturing Cloud (Discrete Manufacturing) to showcase end-to-end business processes and solution capabilities.

• Inventory Management

• Procurement

• Order Management

• Supply Planning

• Cost Management (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle SCM and Manufacturing Cloud implementation projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality.

• Drive CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.

• Coordinate with customers, functional consultants, technical teams, and leadership.

• Identify project risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Criteria

• Oracle Manufacturing Cloud (Discrete Manufacturing) implementation experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on Oracle SCM implementation experience.

• Project Management experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations..

• PMP certification is an advantage.
