We’re looking for a process-oriented, tool-savvy Project Management Executive who can plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects with speed, clarity, and accountability.
Note :
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in non-IT or agency environments.
What You’ll Do
Plan, track, and close projects across marketing, branding, and creative verticals
Own dashboards, timelines, client communication, and deliverable reviews
Build, improve, and document workflows using Click Up, Notion, Slack, and AI-enabled tools
Run deep root-cause analysis and fix bottlenecks with actionable solutions
Evaluate and implement PM tools; drive automation and efficiency
Communicate assertively with stakeholders; ensure clarity and follow-through
Conduct retrospectives; help build a culture of continuous improvement
Handle multiple priorities without dropping context or deadlines
Bring energy, attention, and reliability to every collaboration

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Assertive communication and follow-up skills
AI-first approach to workflow and productivity
Strong process mapping and documentation skills
Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
Highly dependable, resilient, and adaptable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred)
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is mandatory
1–2 years of hands-on PM experience (agency / marketing / tech / SaaS a plus)
Proficiency in PM tools (Click Up, Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace)
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, risk, and stakeholder management
Bonus Skills
Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools
Managed multi-client, cross-functional projects
Exposure to marketing, SaaS, or analytics sectors
