Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Shift timing:  1.30 P.M. to 10.30 P.M.

Role
As a full-time member of our Dev Sec Ops  team, you will be responsible for automating build, infrastructure, and software configuration management related tasks. You will also be responsible for building out our continuous integration platform across several software products.

This role will work closely with both Software Development and Dev Ops groups to ensure that the final releases are up to organizational standards and are released successfully without negative impact to our customers. This position reports to the Global Dev Sec Ops  Leader.

Cloud adoption and migration
Support and maintain infrastructure regarding hosted solutions.
Incident management and resolution.
Security and technology support.
Client service delivery support as required and applicable to domain knowledge expertise areas.
Application performance management
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., ARM/Bicep/Terraform) following Dev Ops standards.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for cloud-hosted applications and services.
Configure cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and improve observability through dashboards.
Optimize cloud cost and performance (Fin Ops), including rightsizing, reservations, and governance policies.
Harden cloud environments by applying security baselines, managing secrets/keys, and supporting vulnerability remediation in partnership with Dev Sec Ops .
Leverage AI-enabled tools to support cloud management tasks such as alert triage, log analysis, capacity forecasting, and automated remediation recommendations.

To achieve this, you will need to:
Respond to and resolve production issues.
Develop Azure cloud-based and internal tools and processes to maintain stability and performance of our infrastructure.
Maintain and troubleshoot several internal applications.
Gather, analyze, and report important data.
Develop and manage product-related Dev Ops procedures.
Plan and successfully complete Dev Ops initiatives and goals.
Automate repetitive tasks.
Continuously evaluating Dev Sec Ops  Engineer related areas and processes regarding efficiencies and risk.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
8-12 years of experience in Information Technology domain
6+ years of relevant experience as a Dev Ops engineer
2+ years of relevant experience with Dev Sec Ops  security tools and practices, including SAST, DAST, vulnerability management, and security automation.
Experience using any scripting language such as Power Shell (preferred), Python, or Bash for automation
Experience in ARM Templating, Bicep, cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS), monitoring systems, application security, and health alerting.
Experience in maintaining alert resolution runbook, automating, or executing runbook.
Experience or knowledge in any programming language and software development a major plus
