Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Incharge to lead and manage overall plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plant management, production planning, assembly operations, sheet metal manufacturing, forming processes, electroplating, painting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day production activities and overall plant operations.

· Develop and execute production plans to meet output and delivery targets.

· Oversee assembly, sheet metal fabrication, forming, electroplating, and painting processes.

· Monitor productivity, quality, cost, and efficiency across production departments and should have experience in drawing reading.

· Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

· Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory requirements.

· Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management review.

· Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals.

Qualification

·

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

· 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Should have experience in Manufacturing industry of metal industry.

· Strong exposure to assembly, sheet metal, forming, electroplating, and painting operations.

· Proven experience in handling production teams and plant operations.

· Good leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a target-driven manufacturing setup.

Salary:
4.8 LPA – 6 LPA ( Based on the interview?
