Manage and monitor the end-to-end store return process, ensuring timely receipt, verification, reconciliation, and system updating of returned merchandise.
Perform detailed data analysis of return trends, discrepancies, damages, and aging inventory to support operational decision-making and process improvements. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, MIS Reporting, Dashboards) for reporting, tracking, and performance monitoring. Handle and process GRC and GRT transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and inventory controls.
Work on warehouse management and inventory systems; hands-on knowledge of INFOR and Ginesys ERP/WMS will be preferred for transaction processing, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
Ensure proper segregation, identification, and disposition of aged, damaged, defective, and non-saleable articles as per company SOPs and quality standards.
Coordinate with Stores, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Quality, and Warehouse Operations teams to resolve return-related issues, minimize inventory losses, and improve return processing efficiency.

Qualification :
Graduation/PG in Supply Chain Management.
Experience:
2–5 years in Warehouse Operations / Return Operations / Reverse Logistics.
experience in Retail, E-commerce, Fashion, FMCG, or Supply Chain environments.
Hands-on exposure to WMS/SAP preferred.
