As a Picker / Packer, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory is maintained accurately and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory reports, and ensuring the quality of goods. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule and the opportunity to earn additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Inventory:
Keep track of all products and materials in the warehouse, ensuring everything is organized and accounted for.
Order Picking:
Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
Packing:
Securely pack items for shipment, ensuring they are protected and labeled correctly.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect items for defects or damages before packing and dispatching.
Dispatching Goods:
Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
Inventory Reports:
Maintain and update inventory records and reports regularly.
Loading and Unloading:
Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as needed.

Educational

Qualification:

12th Pass or above.

Experience:

0 - 6+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Basic Computer

Skills:

Ability to use basic computer programs for inventory management.
Communication
