Teaching Assistant – Faringdon

Pay: £89–£100 per day

A warm and supportive primary school in Faringdon is looking to welcome a dedicated Teaching Assistant to their team. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about helping children flourish in their learning.

• Support the class teacher with daily learning activities and routines
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce key skills
• Help maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with preparation of resources, general supervision and classroom organisation
• Promote pupils’ confidence, independence and overall progress
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team

• Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
• A genuine passion for supporting primary-aged learners
• Reliable, positive and eager to grow within education
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
