Location: Southmoor
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time supply role in Dorchester, with a September 2026 start. The successful candidate will support pupils with a range of SEND, helping them access learning and make meaningful progress.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff, delivering one-to-one and small group assistance, adapting activities, and fostering communication, independence and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
