Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new role with a growing company that work within the Construction and Facilities Management industry?

Due to an increase in workloads, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly commercial team in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised and keen to develop their career within a fast paced environment. You will work across a range of post contract tasks whilst supporting the Commercial Lead and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently.

• Carry out site surveys and gather accurate project information
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to queries
• Compile applications for payment and maintain records
• Support the preparation and agreement of final accounts

• Knowledge of M&E and fabric works
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Salary between £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
