We are looking for an experience Quality Engineer to join our client in playing a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and improvement of the quality management systems within the company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring adherence to AS9100 and ISO
9001 standards throughout the manufacturing processes.

The role of a Quality Engineer will include:

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's AS9100 and ISO
  9001 compliant QMS as a member of the Quality function.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and revise operational and quality procedures.
• Implement statistical process control techniques to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, addressing non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide training to employees on quality management principles and practices.
• Participate in management reviews to evaluate the overall performance of the QMS and provide recommendations for enhancement.

The ideal Quality Engineer should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or similar scientific subject.
• 2 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in an AS9100 or ISO
  9001 environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse measurement data effectively.
• Experience working in a precision engineering environment.
• Organised and able to work independently, but also to collaborate with a diverse, fast-moving team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
